Barbell Mobility at Physio Lab
A 3-week intensive course designed by the Doctors of Physical Therapy at Physio Lab equipping you with the tools and ideology needed to gain the proper mobility for all of your barbell lifts and exercises.
This 1x per week, small class-based intensive is designed to help athletes of all ages and skill levels with and without pain. Let’s be honest, for most us, our modern lives do not promote the best mobility to allow us to perform a large majority of barbell movement patterns with clean and safe technique. This can impact our ability to continue training and meet our fitness and athletic goals. Fortunately, mobility and technique can be improved but can be complex and take some time. This six week course will include classes once a week with individualized programs that will equip you with the tools needed improve mobility while under the bar.

Josh Reppert, PT, DPT will be instructing each class to ensure you receive the coaching and instruction necessary to maximize the benefits of the class.

- Small class size - total commitment of only 3 Thursday evenings
- Limited number of participants with focus on each individual and their needs
- Independent programming each week to give you all the tips, tools, and mobility needed to perfect your barbell lifts and exercises
- Mobility Kit for each participant (included in course purchase)
- In person instruction from a Sports Rehab Specialist
- Exercises and instruction to gain mobility in each joint related to barbell mechanics
- Biomechanics and positioning drills, with corrections for each individual
- Mobility basics
- Understanding the unique mobility needs for barbell lifting
- How to improve and maintain mobility as your lifting progresses
- Programming for and around your mobility needs and deficits
