BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND - A WORKSHOP TO IMPROVE SHOULDER MOBILITY AND STRENGTH BY PHYSIO LAB AT CROSSFIT PISTOL CREEK

This interactive workshop will help you improve your shoulder health, identify mobility deficits, teach you corrective exercises, and help you improve efficiency in your front rack and overhead movements and skills.

Course Highlights:
  • Learn how to improve your front rack position during front squats or catching your cleans.
  • Identify the case of difficulty or pain while achieving overhead positions for press, push press, jerk, or snatch
  • Improve pull ups, kipping, toes to bar/toes to space

What you'll gain from this workshop:
  • An understanding of your individual mobility deficits in the shoulder, elbow and wrist with common CrossFit/weightlifting movements
  • Specific corrective exercises for you to address common mobility and strength issues
  • Improved efficiency in your front rack and overhead CrossFit movements and skills
