- Identify the case of difficulty or pain while achieving overhead positions for press, push press, jerk, or snatch
- Improve pull ups, kipping, toes to bar/toes to space

- An understanding of your individual mobility deficits in the shoulder, elbow and wrist with common CrossFit/weightlifting movements
