Becoming A Bullet Proof Runner
A STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS COURSE at PHYSIO LAB
A 6-week intensive course designed by the Doctors of Physical Therapy at Physio Lab.
This 1x per week, class-based intensive is designed to help runners gain the strength necessary to help you become a stronger runner that’s more resistant to injury and training plateaus.
This course will also provide you with the tools and principles necessary to continue your strength training in any season, whether your mileage demands increase or decrease depending upon your race training needs.

Instructors:
Each session will be designed by the collaborative team of DPTs at Physio Lab
Every Wednesday evening, 2 of the DPTs will be instructing the class to ensure each runner receives the coaching and instruction necessary to maximize the benefits of the class

Spots are limited, as we want to ensure coaching and instruction are optimal

- Mobility basics
- Understanding the unique mobility needs for runners
- How to improve and maintain mobility as your mileage increases
- Programming for and around your mobility needs and deficits
- Intermediate and advanced strength and mobility activities
