Amber Day, an East Tennessee native, grew up competing in cheer and gymnastics and through her love for sports developed a passion for learning about and providing rehabilitation services for athletes. Before joining the Physio Lab team, Amber gained more than 5 years of clinical experience, with 3 years devoted to clinical management and direct treatment of CrossFit athletes. She is an internally trained pelvic floor clinician and specializes in treatment of the pregnant and postpartum athlete.
Outside the clinic, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their two sons. On Friday nights, you can find her on the sidelines of the Oak Ridge High School football game cheering on the Wildcats and her husband, the assistant coach. She is an avid CrossFitter, and enjoys the sport recreationally and competitively.
