Brett Cash, PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist whose focus is helping athletes and active individuals return to the activities they love. Brett’s worked with a wide range of athletes from high school, collegiate baseball and tennis players, to NFL and MLB professionals guiding them through detailed post-op recovery, return-to-sport progressions and long-term injury prevention. As an avid CrossFitter himself, Brett combines real-world training experience with advanced coursework.
Brett emphasizes a blend of evidence-based interventions, functional strength training, and individualized education to help patients build confidence and resilience. He’s highly involved in the local fitness and sports community, collaborating with coaches, trainers, and medical providers across the Knoxville area.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Brett at UT baseball games, hiking with his wife and their three Husky pups, and exploring the culinary scene in downtown Knoxville. He believes great rehab mirrors great coaching for it should be engaging, challenging, and tailored to each person’s goals.
