He’s treated a wide variety of athletes, including the 2025 National Championship Winning UT Rugby Team, Hyrox competitors, CrossFit athletes, Functional Fitness, weightlifters, and runners.
He’s personally connected to both the CrossFit and Hyrox communities, having competed in both. Forrest loves working with patients who are invested in their health and recovery goals, whether they’re high performing or new to the gym. Forrest is passionate about developing strategies for patients to optimize their function and decrease pain with everyday activity.
In his personal time, Forrest enjoys staying active, doing CrossFit, weightlifting, running, or playing tennis, fishing, and spending family time with wife, Bekah, and their two sons. He’s a member of the Cedar Bluff Raquet Club and frequently plays tennis and pickleball.
