Julie Aviles, PT, DPT, CSCS, CF-L-1,has worked with hundreds of male and female athletes in a variety of sports, from students to pros, and was the head Strength and Conditioning Coach at The University of Scranton for the Field Hockey, Tennis, and Basketball teams. As an internally trained Pelvic Floor Therapist, Julie has extensive experience treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse amongst pregnant, postpartum and menopausal women. With a strong passion for educating others, she serves as Adjunct Faculty for South College's DPT program as well as Adjunct Faculty for a Pelvic Health Residency Program.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Julie doing CrossFit, trying a new coffee shop, hiking, or spending time with her husband, Jovanny. As the host of The Goalset Mindset Podcast, Julie creates motivating content to help others live happier, healthier lives and make real progress towards their goals.
