Justin is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong background in orthopedic care and endurance sports rehab. From early in his career as a clinic director and PT in a gym-based, one-on-one physical therapy setting, he developed a practical, movement-focused approach to helping people recover and stay active.
Justin’s completed, published, and presented significant research on running biomechanics and injury. Through his personal training and racing experiences, he developed an interest in how the body adapts to stress, how injuries develop, and how people can continue doing the activities they care about while recovering.
While Justin enjoys working with endurance athletes, he treats a wide range of individuals and values clear communication, individualized care, and helping people better understand their bodies.
Justin has lived in Knoxville for several years with his wife, Carli. Outside of the clinic, they enjoy endurance training, exploring the mountains, and spending time with friends.
