McKensie “Mack” Wehinger, PT, DPT approaches patient care with an emphasis on balancing strength and control to promote long-term health and injury prevention. As a former competitive dancer, athlete, and dance teacher, Mack brings personal insight and clinical expertise to treat a range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

With a passion for guiding patients through the return to sport process, she’s treated a wide variety of athletes: dancers, CrossFitters, baseball, basketball, soccer and football players, endurance athletes (cyclists, triathletes, track, and cross-country runners), pickleball and tennis players, and canine fitness trainers/agility instructors. From building strength, mobility, and power/performance programs, impact management programs (for overuse injuries), cross-training programs for injury prevention, Mack integrates her research on mental imagery/priming and its role in movement and performance to bring about patient success.

When she’s not treating patients, Mack enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, hiking and snowboarding, taking group fitness classes, making sourdough, and diving into Bible Study Fellowship.
