
Stephanie Lawson, PT, DPT, SCS, CMTPT, ATC is a native of northwest Ohio (Wauseon, OH). She earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science and athletic training from the University of Toledo in 2006. There, she worked with Division I athletes in several sports, specializing in the treatment, prevention, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Ohio University, where she was a graduate assistant in the motor control laboratory, studying how movement patterns are altered in patients with lower back pain.
Stephanie comes to the East Tennessee area with over 13 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy in Ohio and Virginia, and spent the last 5 years as a clinic and area manager in addition to patient care. In 2015, she earned the designation of Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS), by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists (ABPTS). She was certified in trigger point dry needling (CMTPT) by Myopain Seminars in 2018, and blood flow restriction therapy through SmartCuffs in 2020. Stephanie has a particular interest in rehabilitation of running related injuries, high school and college athletes, and active individuals. She expanded her knowledge in 2022 with courses through the Institute of Clinical Excellence for the Rehabilitation of the Injured Runner, and Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete.
Stephanie enjoys being active as a recreational runner, and has completed several marathons and half marathons. She also enjoys weight lifting, and is a member of CrossFit Pistol Creek in Maryville, TN. Amber Day, PT, DPT, CF-L1 is an East Tennessee native. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science & Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University. Amber grew up competing in cheer & gymnastics, and it was through her love for sports that she developed a passion for learning about & providing rehabilitation services for athletes. Before joining the team at Physio Lab in 2022, Amber gained 5+ years of clinical experience, dedicating the last 3 years to clinical management & direct treatment with CrossFit athletes. Amber is a CrossFit L1 trainer & has pursued a higher level of learning for management & treatment of the fitness athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. She is also an internally trained pelvic floor clinician & specializes in treatment of the pregnant & postpartum athlete. She is Dry Needling & ASTYM certified.

Josh Reppert, PT, DPT was born and raised in East Tennessee, and began to pursue his doctorate of physical therapy at ETSU after cultivating a desire to help people better their lives through movement, rehabilitation strategies, and education.
With 7+ years of clinical experience, Josh has spent the last 4 in a clinic with a 1 on 1 treatment model with focused care to meet the needs of his clients for optimal results. He has extensive knowledge and experience in orthopedic rehabilitation of all musculoskeletal injuries. He has special interest and experience in assisting members of law enforcement, the military and swat to meet the physical demands of their careers. He is level one certified in Dry Needling, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) with comprehensive knowledge and experience in spinal thrust manipulation, spine mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MDT) and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM.)

Lauren Levko, PT, DPT was born and raised in Gatlinburg, TN where she attended Gatlinburg-Pittman High School. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 2013. Prior, Lauren earned a Bachelor's of Education in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Memphis in 2010. Outside of classes, Lauren played soccer and ran cross country for Memphis.

She has had a year of internal mentoring focusing on clinical reasoning and advanced manual interventions, as well as over two years of classes through IAMT working towards her COMT (Certification of Orthopedic Manual Therapy). Lauren is certified in level 1 dry needling through IAMT along with cupping, IASTM, and taping through Rocktape. Justin Loss PT, DPT, FAAOMPT Justin and his wife, Carli, recently joined the Knoxville community after moving from Lexington, KY, where he was the clinic director and lead PT for a gym-based 1-on-1 physical therapy clinic. Raine Rackley, PT, DPT is a graduate of Belmont University’s physical therapy program in Nashville, TN with clinical experience in return to sport for dancers and golfers. She is certified in both Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), a movement based diagnostic system which systematically finds the cause of pain - not just the source, and Titleist Performance institute Medical Level 2 (TPI) to screen functional movement in golfers and everyday athletes for movement patterns that lead to injuries and pain. She is also certified in Dry Needling and has clinical experience with the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, and the Postural Restoration Institute.
