
Olivia Rasbornik, PT, DPT, joined the Physio Lab team in 2023. After graduating with her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Western Carolina University. A native of Mooresville, NC, Olivia grew up near Lake Norman where she developed a love for the sport of swimming. During her undergraduate career, Olivia participated in club swim and coached for Palmetto Aquatics, also becoming involved in CrossFit and performance training.
While attending WCU, Olivia participated in a doctoral research project developing a continuing education course focused on the incorporation of physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental well-being into physical therapy. A sports rehab clinical at Vertex in Colombia, SC, equipped Olivia with an extensive understanding of rehab for athletes competing in CrossFit and weightlifting. She values connecting with her patients and co-workers and believes that we are stronger when we work together.

Brett Cash, PT, DPT, joined the Physio Lab team of sports rehab specialists with over 3.5 years of experience in 1-on-1 outpatient orthopedic clinics. Brett has developed a passion for patient-focused physical therapy and is enthusiastic about providing the absolute highest level of personal, purposeful care to his community.

Julie Young, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, joined the Physio Lab team with 33 years of experience practicing orthopedic physical therapy. Julie is passionate about providing quality, client-centered care for each of her patients. A lifelong athlete, Julie has played a wide variety of sports including softball for the University of Missouri and has several marathons on her resume, including Boston. Julie has an extraordinary understanding of athletes and their needs as they maintain a high level of activity.
Julie’s vast experience includes designation as a Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, a Certified Manual Therapist, and she holds a Level II Functional Dry Needling Certification. She has worked with athletes at Maryville High School for a number of years including the Cross Country and Track and Field teams.
When she’s not working, Julie is often busy working out whether weightlifting, cycling, running, or in Barre classes. She loves spending time with friends enjoying coffee, and trying new recipes with her son, Seth.

Stephanie Lawson, PT, DPT, SCS, CMTPT, ATC is a native of northwest Ohio (Wauseon, OH). She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training from the University of Toledo in 2006. While there she worked with Division I athletes in several sports specializing in the treatment, prevention, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Ohio University, where she was a graduate assistant in the motor control laboratory and studied how movement patterns are altered in patients with lower back pain.
Stephanie joined the Physio Lab team with over 13 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy in Ohio and Virginia, and spent 5 years as a clinic and area manager in addition to patient care. In 2015, she earned the designation of Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS), by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists (ABPTS). She was certified in trigger point dry needling (CMTPT) by Myopain Seminars in 2018, and blood flow restriction therapy through SmartCuffs in 2020. She expanded her knowledge in 2022 with courses through the Institute of Clinical Excellence for the Rehabilitation of the Injured Runner, and Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete.

Amber Day, PT, DPT, CF-L1 is an East Tennessee native who earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University. Amber grew up competing in cheer and gymnastics, and through her love for sports she developed a passion for learning about and providing rehabilitation services for athletes. Before joining the team at Physio Lab in 2022, Amber gained 5+ years of clinical experience, dedicating 3 years to clinical management and direct treatment with CrossFit athletes. Amber is a CrossFit L1 trainer and has pursued a higher level of learning for management and treatment of the fitness athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. She is an internally trained pelvic floor clinician and specializes in treatment of the pregnant and postpartum athlete. Amber is Dry Needling and ASTYM certified.

Josh Reppert, PT, DPT was born and raised in East Tennessee, and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from ETSU out of a desire to help people better their lives through movement, rehabilitation strategies, and education.
With 8+ years of clinical experience, Josh spent 4 years before joining the Physio Lab team in a clinic with a 1-on-1 treatment model providing focused care to meet the needs of his clients for optimal results. He has extensive knowledge and experience in orthopedic rehabilitation of all musculoskeletal injuries. Josh has special interest and experience in assisting members of law enforcement, the military and SWAT to meet the physical demands of their careers. He is level one certified in Dry Needling, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) with comprehensive knowledge and experience in spinal thrust manipulation, spine mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MDT) and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM.)
While Josh is passionate about helping others better their lives through his career as a Physical Therapist, he is just as committed to staying active in his personal life. He enjoys lifting weights, recreational sports, and a variety of other activities that keep him in motion and healthy! Lauren Levko, PT, DPT was born and raised in Gatlinburg, TN where she attended Gatlinburg-Pittman High School. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 2013. Prior, Lauren earned a Bachelor's of Education in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Memphis in 2010. Outside of classes, Lauren played soccer and ran cross country for Memphis.

Raine Rackley, PT, DPT is a graduate of Belmont University’s physical therapy program in Nashville, TN with clinical experience in return to sport for dancers and golfers. She is certified in both Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), a movement based diagnostic system which systematically finds the cause of pain, not just the source, and Titleist Performance institute Medical Level 2 (TPI) to screen functional movement in golfers and everyday athletes for movement patterns that lead to injuries and pain. She is also certified in Dry Needling and has clinical experience with the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, and the Postural Restoration Institute.
