AIS specifically targets your areas of tension, increases circulation, reduces injury risk, and promotes faster healing times. Stretch Therapy is a great way for you to get the most out of your body and help you move faster and more efficiently.

At Physio Lab, our Stretch Therapy Specialist, Angela Berry, CPT, NASM, will conduct a detailed evaluation to assess where you have mobility and flexibility restrictions and develop a program individually tailored to meet your goals.
