Since joining the Physio Lab team in 2021, Raine Rackley, PT, DPT has worked with a wide variety of athletes including dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, golfers, baseball players, marathon runners, triathletes, Cross Fitters, recreational lifters, and general orthopedics.

She has a firsthand understanding of athletic performance with a 17-year background in dance, with training in ballet, lyrical, pointe, jazz, and tap. She also rode horses and competed in 3 day eventing for 8 years through training level. After starting CrossFit in 2024, she fell in love with the gymnastics, skill work, and weightlifting technique, and began competing the same year and participating in the Open in 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Raine works with local dance studios and dance teams to empower young dancers to further their dance career by increasing mobility, strength and reducing risk for injury. She has a passion for encouraging young girls to build strength and control to enhance performance and prevent injury when competing and performing at the highest levels. 

When she’s not in the clinic, Raine enjoys spending time with her husband, Joseph, and their two little boys, Jay and Will. She loves being outside, on the boat, water sports, CrossFit, reading, cooking, and taking walks with friends.
