Stephanie Lawson, PT, DPT, is a native of northwest Ohio. While at the University of Toledo she worked with Division I athletes in soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, cross country, and track and field, specializing in the treatment, prevention, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. She also worked with local high school athletes for football, wrestling, and girls’ and boys’ basketball.
At Ohio State University, she was a member of the Endurance Medicine Team and specialized in video running gait analysis, which she continues to utilize in her practice today.
Stephanie has personally completed several marathons and half marathons, including the Richmond Marathon (VA) and Columbus Marathon (OH) twice each. She enjoys CrossFit, weightlifting, and is a member of CrossFit Pistol Creek in Maryville, TN.
In her free time, you'll usually find Stephanie with her husband, Kunle Lawson, the Head Track and Field Coach at Maryville College, and their son, James.
